Abstract 6-(β-Glycosylamino)purines have been synthesized in good yields by condensation of 4-amino-5-nitro-6-chloropyrimidine with masked glycosylamines followed by hydrogenation of nitro group, cyclization with triethyl orthoformate and removal of protecting groups.
