A convenient four partners, three‐step, one‐pot synthesis of 2‐alkyl(dialkyl)aminoquinazolin‐4(3H)‐ones, starting from aniline derivatives, is reported. This method allowed us to prepare easily a library of quinazolinone compounds of pharmaceutical interest.
