Fluctuations in the nuclear scattering density and magnetization in partially crystallized alloys with composition were investigated by means of small angle neutron scattering. From nuclear and magnetic scattering the size distributions of nanocrystals were determined as a function of the annealing temperature and the concentration of niobium.
