The resonance problem of a slot‐coupled cylindrical‐rectangular microstrip structure is investigated by using the exact derived Green's functions for the structure in a spectral‐domain moment‐method solution. The resonant frequencies of the slot‐coupled microstrip structure with various curvature radii are calculated and presented. It is observed that the resonant frequency is affected by both the slot length and the curvature radius.
