The principle aim of this study is to analyse the entropy minimization in boundary layer flow of Casson fluid. Geometry of this examination is stretching sheet. Transverse magnetic field, thermal radiation and viscous dissipation effects are considered in their respective equations. Nonlinear differential equations are derived from the present flow by utilizing the appropriate similarity transformations. Thereafter numerical solution is obtained with the help of Keller Box Method. Effects of various physical parameters, like, magnetic parameter, velocity index parameter, Eckert number, Prandtl number, entropy generation number and Bejan number which are encountered in the present study and all these are analysed through graphs and tables with some notable applications. Moreover, the obtained numerical solutions are validated by comparing with the existing results. Mainly an improvement in entropy generation number is observed for the increase in velocity index parameter and reverse trend is observed in Bejan number.
