This article explores a steady, incompressible and electro-magneto-hydrodynamic (EMHD) flow of Casson fluid over an elongating surface in porous space. The flow is carried out with constant temperature in the presence of electro-osmotic pressures. Flow exploration is executed under non-linear radiative force and multiple slip conditions. By applying suitable similarity transformations, the leading equations of the flow model are transformed to system of non-linear ODEs. Then modified equations are solved numerically through a shooting procedure based on the fifth-order RKF method. Diagrams are used to elucidate the comprehensive analysis of the outcomes. Various streamlines and surface plots are used to augment the result segment. We perceived that a higher permeability parameter reduces the drag or resistance within porous medium, allowing for faster fluid flow. In practical applications, this is significant in fields like groundwater flow, enhanced oil recovery and industrial filtration systems. For example, higher permeability in soil can lead to faster drainage of water or faster movement of injected fluids in subsurface reservoirs. The 3D plot reveals that the skin friction coefficient decreases as the values of the Casson parameter and Forchheimer number increase, with a reduction rate of 83.08%. The article concludes with a list of some significant discoveries of industrial, engineering importance and biomedical applications.
