A common problem in the modeling of anisotropic material behaviour is the description of saturation effects and the transition area between the measured data and the saturation model. A physical model for the saturation and a numerical method for the description of the material's behaviour are proposed. The nonlinear problem is treated using an iterative method. While normally the Newton-Raphson method is applied, modifications are needed to achieve convergence.
