In continuation of the investigations of the electrical and thermal conductivity as well as the magneto resistance in the binary system titanium-oxygen for TiOx with metallic conductivity for x < 1.49 the corresponding properties for the semiconductive compounds with 1.49 < x < 2 are measured at low temperatures and magnetic inductions up to 15 T, especially the corundum phase Ti2O3, the Magnéli phase Ti4O7 and the reduced rutil phase TiO2−ϵ in dependence on oxygen content and temperature.
