in small children, where there is a history of a tall or other trauma, and especially where the arm or shoulder girdle may be involved, the only sate way seems to be to assume a fracture as Probable, till every inch of bone has been gone over carefully.Only in this way can we be safe 'oui occasional oversights and from ignominious explanations later on.
