YBa/sub 2/Cu/sub 3/O/sub 7/ (YBCO) microstripline resonator Q-values are discussed for both Au and Nb grounds at 6 GHz and at liquid He temperature. Unloaded Q-values (Q/sub u/) larger than 10/sup 5/ were obtained for good-quality YBCO microstrips with Nb grounds. Q/sub u/ power dependences and resonance curve asymmetries (due to nonlinear phenomena) were studied for YBCO films of different qualities with both Au and Nb grounds.>
