Combined congenital abnormalities of the skin and central nervous system are well recognized-such conditions as Sturge-Weber syndrome, tuberous sclerosis, and neurofibromatosis. A very much rarer and less well-known member of this group is neuro-cutaneous melanosis. A review of the published material shows that only 18 cases of this syndrome have been previously recorded. It is, therefore, thought worth while to describe another 3 examples of this rare condition occurring in young children.
