Following the development of molecular testing, targeted therapy against identified driven mutations has become a key element of treatment for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).1 The current standard of care for Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR)-mutant lung cancer is the combination of third-generation tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) with chemotherapy or amivantamab,2-4 according to the results of FLAURA-25 and MARIPOSA6 trials, respectively. However, despite initial response to therapy, patients inevitably develop resistance through various on-target or off-target mechanisms.
