The role of the intramolecular spin-spin and the spin-rotation interactions in the level-crossing spectra of the nuclear spin conversion is studied theoretically. We suggest an experiment to measure the nuclear spin conversion of molecules in the presence of a strong electric field ). The Stark-induced rotational level crossings would allow us to disentangle the spin-rotation and spin-spin interactions and to determine the unknown spin-rotation transverse anisotropy.
