Article AbstractLetter to the EditorSir: Sibutramine, a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI), is marketed for weight loss and weight maintenance. I report a unipolar depressed woman who had hypomania induced by sibutramine in combination with citalopram. No similar reports were found on MEDLINE.
