The problem of analyzing the cardinality of a set of extreme uniform hypergraphs has not been solved in general. At the moment, the values for 2-uniform hypergraphs have been obtained. The paper considers a method for obtaining an estimate of the cardinality of a set of extreme 3-uniform hypergraphs through a regression analysis of the distribution set of their bases. An algorithm for constructing the final regression model is proposed, through sequential transformation, of the previously obtained capacities of subsets of databases divided into classes according to the number of elements in each database.
