The therapeutic value of PHA is compared with that of acetohydroxamic acid. PHA is the only hydroxamate which does not cause untoward side effects in human beings or mutagenic or teratogenic activity in laboratory animals. The use of PHA in the effective treatment of infected renal stones is proposed. © 1982 by The American Urological Association Education and Research, Inc.FiguresReferencesRelatedDetails Volume 128Issue 5November 1982Page: 1130-1132 Advertisement Copyright & Permissions© 1982 by The American Urological Association Education and Research, Inc.MetricsAuthor Information A.
