Weak-localization effects have recently been observed in the magnetoconductivity of a nondegenerate electron gas on the surface of solid hydrogen at low temperatures. In this paper weak-localization effects in the conductivity of nondegenerate electrons are investigated. Various inelastic scattering mechanisms are considered and the effects of temperature and magnetic field are discussed.
