The acrticle presents the results of annual water transport measurements in the central Kara Sea at the 32 m horizon during the subglacial period 2021–2022. The observations were carried out using a Doppler acoustic current meter deployed for a year at a flooded buoy station. It is shown that due to a multiple decrease in the outflow of river runoff by Siberian rivers in the autumn–winter season, the regional scheme of circulation of sea currents is radically changing.
