Bečić et al. (2023) conducted a case report in Lead-related infective endocarditis (n=1). Three-dimensional transoesophageal echocardiography (3DTEE) vs. Two-dimensional transthoracic echocardiography (2DTTE) was evaluated on Detection of vegetation on the pacemaker lead. Three-dimensional transoesophageal echocardiography successfully identified a mass on the atrial segment of a ventricular lead in a patient with lead-related infective endocarditis.
