The temperature dependence of the absorption coefficient of the 10 R (14) line for the CO 2 molecule was determined experimentally in the range 290 — 600 K. The least-squares method was used to calculate the temperature dependence of the collisional width of the 10 R (14) line of CO 2 , which matched the model of line broadening by 'hard' collisions of molecules.
