Chemical constituents of Boehmeria holosericea Blume (Urticaceae)

From fruits of Boehmeriaholosericea, six compounds 1‐6 were isolated by various chromatographic methods. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analysis, including ESI‐MS,1D NMR, 2D NMR spectra, they are identified as ruspolinone (1), benzyl β‐D‐glucoside (2), 3,4‐dimethoxyacetophenone (3), adenine (4), adenosine (5) and uridine (6). All the compounds were obtained for the first time from Boehmeria genus.
