A method is described for producing silicone rubber molds and casting epoxy tensile coupons in these molds. The resulting epoxy coupons have smooth, glossy surfaces and are dimensionally reproducible. The process uses no release agents, coolants, or other possible contaminants and yields high-quality epoxy coupons.
