Phase diagrams and temperature dependences of magnetization in an amorphous mixed ising spin system consisting of spin {} and spin 1 with a crystal-field interaction are investigated with the use of effective-field theory with correlations. We find a variety of interesting phenomena in these quantities. In particular, there appear two types of reentrant phenomena, namely the usual one coming from the frustration of exchange interaction Jᵢⱼ and a new one due to the competition between the fluctuation (dilution) of Jᵢⱼ and the negative crystal-field interaction.
