Abstract

Unambiguous 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR spectroscopic data have been presented for the formation of σ‐adducts between a series of 1,2,4‐triazines and amide ions and/or liquid ammonia at C(5) of the 1,2,4‐triazine nucleus.
