The JBI methodology for scoping reviews was utilized, involving searches in electronic databases and journals, using descriptors such as musical education and elderly, along with their Portuguese and Spanish counterparts, and keywords Dalcroze and eurhythmics. A total of 9 studies were selected. Common findings encompass enhance-ment of postural stability, dynamic agility, memory, gait, balance, physical function, and re-duction of fall risk. The Dalcroze Method emerges as an intriguing and pleasurable alterna-tive for promoting elderly health.
