Photoeffects at polycrystalline, semiconducting barium titanate were investigated. Photocurrent efficiencies were related to solid‐state properties and agreement was found between donor densities calculated from efficiency‐potential plots and those calculated from Mott‐Schottky plots. The existence of a significant temperature effect on the photocurrent efficiency was demonstrated. The influence of p H on the flatband potential was also determined.
