The effect of Tinoridine (2-amino-3-ethoxycarbonyl-6-benzyl-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno [2, 3-C] pyridine) in stabilizing lysosomal membrane of a rat liver has been demonstrated (1). Dingle, et al. (2) reported that lysosomal membrane of kidney from vitamin E-defi-cient rats appeared to be very labile but stabilization in liver was no different from that in the control.
