TURID AUSTIN WÆHLER Turid Austin Wæhler (born 1985), works at the Centre for Arctic and Global Health at the University of Tromsø – The Arctic University of Norway. She holds an MSc in Peace and Conflict Studies with a focus on water conflicts in Central Asia from the University of Tromsø and an MSc in Russian and Eastern European Studies from the University of Glasgow.
