Theoretical analysis demonstrates an explicit Haar-moment influence bound in SU(3) lattice gauge theory, establishing an area law for Wilson loops at strong coupling.
This preprint presents a Haar-moment bound on single-neighbour influence for the three-dimensional conditional layers of four-dimensional SU(3) Wilson lattice gauge theory. For Wilson coupling 0 < β ≤ 0.4, second and fourth Haar moments yield an explicit rational certificate placing the Dobrushin row sum below 15/16. A coupling comparison establishes exponential decay of matrix-entry covariances, uniformly in volume and SU(3) boundary fields. A rectangular Wilson-loop area bound follows by invoking an external layer-to-area-law theorem. The deposit includes the English manuscript and a supplementary archive containing standalone Python code for checking the arithmetic certificate and selected Haar-moment contractions. These computational checks do not constitute verification of the entire proof. No simulation data are used. The result concerns a restricted lattice strong-coupling regime. No continuum-limit result, solution of the Yang–Mills mass-gap problem, or physical validation of Theta theory is claimed. Version 0.2. Not independently peer reviewed.
