The preparation, properties, and structure of cyclic and acyclic sulfur‐nitrogen halides are discussed. In the cyclic compounds, SN rings with localised and delocalized π‐bonds occur. In acyclic halides, SN triple bonds are observed. Organic iminosulfur dihalides are discussed.
