Elastic proton-proton scattering is studied at high energies. It is shown that at large angles the data is fitted by dνdΩ=s^-1K(t)(νs₀)^2α(t), where ν=1/2(s-u), which indicates that Regge theory is good at all angles at high energy. We also show how to avoid double counting parallelling Dolen, Horn, and Schmid.
