A case of adamantinoma of the tibia was followed radiographically for seventeen years before a biopsy was performed. During this time there was an increase in size of the tumour and a gradual transformation of radio-opaque into polycystic areas. 2. Biopsy revealed a peculiar osteoid-like differentiation of the epithelial tissue.
