Emission-line profiles have been observed for the total Ha emission from nine H ii regions in the galaxies MiOl and M33. A pressure-scanned, Fabry-Perot interferometer was used in the observations. The most probable velocities of internal motions are found to range from 19 to 34 km . Slitless spectra are presented to illustrate the structure of the three giant H ii regions observed in M33. Radial velocities for five H ii regions in the Galaxy have been derived at numerous positions within the regions, and the average velocities and rms dispersions in velocity are compared with the results of other observers.
