Ce-doped CoS 2 electrocatalysts effectively stabilized the superior HER activity of pyrites by weakening the interfacial O 2 adsorption and reinforces the crystal texture, which improves the electrochemical/chemical stability of CoS 2 due to the suppressed oxidation- and corrosion-induced leaching of catalysts.
