Several partially fluorinated polymers with photosensitive groups have been synthesized and characterized. Their photocuring reaction was studied in detail. The effect of structural units on the dielectric properties and the glass transition temperature was of special interest. Therefore, van Krevelen's increment methods were applied to these novel polymers. New increments for CF2‐, CF3‐ and C6F5‐units have been calculated.
