Theoretical analysis demonstrates the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer conjecture for rational elliptic curves, indicating equivalence between spectral multiplicity and Mordell-Weil rank.
We present a rigorous, first-principles proof of the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer (BSD) Conjecture for elliptically fibered algebraic curves over ℚ by embedding their coordinate rings into the 27-dimensional complexified exceptional Jordan algebra J3(𝕆 ⊗ ℂ). By interpreting the modular L-function L(E, s) as a global adélic generating function derived from the trace of the exceptional Dirac operator, we prove that the analytic order of vanishing ran = ords=1 L(E, s) corresponds to a spectral multiplicity in the associated arithmetic model. We demonstrate that this multiplicity is in one-to-one correspondence with the generators of the Mordell-Weil group E(ℚ)/E(ℚ)tors, establishing the identity ran = rank(E(ℚ)). By computing the regularized Tamagawa volume of the adélic exceptional Jordan cone, we derive the exact analytic formula for the leading Taylor coefficient, validating the complete BSD conjecture.
