Rare Association of Bilateral Fracture of the Femoral Neck and Slipped Capital Femoral Epiphysis in Osteopetrosis Patient

We report a rare case of a five-year-old female patient who has Autosomal Dominant Osteopetrosis associated with bilateral fracture of the femoral neck (Salter & Harris II) and atypical mild slipped capital femoral epiphysis after running and playing, being initially treated conservatively with cast spica for 8 weeks
