The cover image is a stylised depiction of tetraspanin‐deficient DC supplied by Sheng et al., the authors of Tetraspanins CD37 and CD151 differentially regulate Ag presentation and T‐cell co‐stimulation by DC (pp. 50‐55). Bone‐marrow‐derived DC were stimulated with LPS and allowed to adhere to glass coverslips. MHC class II was detected by mAb (green/red/orange stainings) and the nuclei stained with TOPRO‐3 (blue). Cells were visualised under confocal microscopy and a collage of images generated using Photoshop CS2.
