In this paper, we present a conformal radiation-scattering synergetic meta-device (RS2MD) that exhibits switchable dual functionalities: efficient radiation and dynamic scattering modulation. Although these two functionalities are not activated simultaneously, they are synergistically designed within a unified structural and algorithmic framework using a spatially variant lattice optimization algorithm. The conformal RS2MD exhibits high-efficiency radiation within 9.5–10.3 GHz, achieving a peak gain of 19.3 dBi at 10 GHz. Leveraging a seventh-order pseudorandom time-modulated coding scheme, the conformal RS2MD effectively achieves spectral camouflage, realizing low-scattering characteristics across 9–11 GHz. Experimental results confirm its excellent conformal adaptability and scattering spectral camouflage performance.
