The use of remote working was one of the biggest changes in the labour market not only in the Czech Republic, which was started by the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of this article is to map the experiences of civil servants in the Czech Republic with this type of work, the extent to which they used remote working during the pandemic, and how it affected their experiences.
