Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a rare, neutrophilic, ulcerative dermatosis without a therapeutic gold standard.1 Vegetative PG is a chronic superficial variant, which is more indolent and typically responds well to treatment.1,2 Here we describe a patient with a 3-year history of uncharacteristically recalcitrant vegetative PG who responded to apremilast.
