The resilient organization: Sustaining organizational renewal and performance

This paper integrates the literature on culture and economic systems to specify the integrative devices required for organizations to adapt, survive and renew in an increasingly complex and competitive business environment. A matrix of contingent integrators is introduced and sustainable performance implications are then elaborated and discussed in relation to necessary strategic integrators.
