At the Stress Clinic we are investigating nine areas in which stress factors may play an important part: social habits, social relationships, life events, psychiatric, sexual, sleep, geriatric, menstrual and stress and the heart. The degree of stress in each area is quantified and a stress profile constructed for each patient. Thus, the relationships between the different stresses can be assessed and appropriate treatment advised.
