Hetero-metal tetranuclear complexes, [N,N′-bis(aminoalkyl)oxamidatocopper(II)]cobalt(II) and tris[N, N′-bis(aminoalkyl)oxamidatocopper(II)]nickel(II) perchlorate (or nitrate), were synthesized and characterized. Gryomagnetic investigation demonstrated that a considerably strong antiferromagnetic spin-exchange interaction is operating between copper(II) and cobalt(II) or nickel(II) ions.
