Poststroke fatigue (PSF) in young adults is a common symptom with devastating consequences. Data on the prevalence, trajectory, and prognostic factors of PSF in young adults are limited. The aim of this study was to evaluate the prevalence of PSF during 1-year follow-up and its prognostic factors, to identify clinically relevant PSF phenotypes, and to determine the trajectory of PSF during 1-year follow-up in young patients with ischemic stroke.
