This package provides a reproducible, computer-assisted, GRH-independentcertification that two explicit totally real octic fields with Galois group\(D_4\) have class group \( Z/8 Z⊕ Z/4 Z\).It combines a one-sided PARI/GP class-group certificate, a \(D_4\)Brauer--Kuroda relation, fully certified proper subfields, explicit units, andrigorous Sturm--Arb regulator intervals.
