Assuming the increasing infertility frequency in many developed countries, connected both to a growing anthropogenic factor influence and sustained tendency of reproductive plans realization’s postponement for advanced years, this review is dedicated to the pressing problem in modern medicine: increasing the ART program’s efficacy in patients with the recurrent implantation failures. In this regard, the role of G-KSF in a regulation of ovarian functioning, folliculogenesis, ovulation, oocyte competence’s formation has been covered in detail. There is a distinct part in the article devoted to a role of G-KSF in a process of embryo implantation within the natural pregnancy and ART programs. According to the numerous scientific data related to G-KSF, it has a direct regulatory effect on the main processes associated with the reproductive function’s implementation such as oocyte maturation, process of ovulation, fertilization and embryo development, trophoblast invasion as well as the placentation support. The potential of a clinical use of G-KSF medication in different groups of patients with infertility is considered. There’re results of randomized and cohort studies aimed at efficacy and safety of use presented. It seems highly promising the realization of such medications in order to increase ART efficacy, especially in cases with the repeated implantation failures and advanced reproductive aged groups.
