Bio-sourced poly(trimethylene terephthalate) and poly(butylene adipate- co -terephthalate) are blended via melt blending technique at different weight ratios. Prepared blends crystalline properties, miscibility and phase morphology are characterized by using differential scanning calorimetry, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer and optical polarized microscope. The crystallinity and miscibility of the blend decreased, while impact energy and crystallization rate increased with increasing poly(butylene adipate- co -terephthalate) concentration.
