The structurally uniform alkyne-terminated mucin mimetic glycopolymers (see picture; TR = fluorophore) were printed on azide-functionalized chips by microcontact printing in the presence of a copper catalyst. The surface-bound glycopolymers bind lectins in a ligand-specific manner.
