A 57‐year‐old woman developed joint pain, deformity and cutaneous nodules. Reticulohistiocytosis was diagnosed after skin biopsy. Nodule formation and progressive arthritis continued for almost 2 years but appeared to cease when treatment with cyclophosphamide began.
